New Owner Information
The Board of Directors and the staff of the Landfall Council of Associations (LCOA) wish to extend our warmest welcome to you as new homeowners.
LCOA is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, elected by the residents, with day-to-day operations managed by a professional staff. The Board of Directors meets the fourth Tuesday of every other month.
We invite you to stop by the LCOA administration office so that we may issue your vehicle barcodes, give you an overview of the community, and answer any questions you may have. The administration office is located at 1749 Drysdale Drive behind the playground and recreation area. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Landfall’s governing documents include a Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), individual tract declarations, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Architectural Review Guidelines and Rules & Regulations. We would like to remind you that any modifications you desire to make to the exterior structure of your house, or the landscaping of your property, must be pre-approved in writing by our Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
