How do I obtain a sticker or barcode for my vehicle?

You may make an appointment by completing the Barcode Request Form found online by going to landfall.org and hovering over the Security tab, OR, you can stop by the COA office at 1749 Drysdale Drive with your vehicle and valid registration. If it is a new vehicle and you do not have the registration card yet, then please bring the bill of sale and a temporary 30 day barcode may be activated and applied to your vehicle.

What are the COA office hours?

The COA office, located at 1749 Drysdale Drive, is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Can I authorize my own guests to enter Landfall?

Yes, you may log into the Resident Portal by visiting the www.landfall.org website. On the Home screen, click on the Owner/Resident Login tab located on the far right of the top menu. If you need assistance setting up your Resident Portal login please email reception@landfall.org.  

What is the process to remove/prune a tree on my property?

The ARC Guidelines and online submission form can be found by going to www.landfall.org.  Hover over the Architectural Review tab located at the top of the Home screen to access a dropdown of the options available. When in doubt, contact arc@landfall.org and we will promptly respond to your questions and concerns.  

Who do I call about wild animals that I might encounter?

Call New Hanover County Animal Control at 910-798-1500.

What is the ARC process/submittal deadline/response time?

The ARC Guidelines and online submission form can be found by going to landfall.org. Hover over the Architectural Review tab located at the top of the Home screen to access a dropdown of the available options. You can also contact the ARC department by calling 910-256-7651 or emailing arc@landfall.org.

How much are CCL memberships and what do they include?

The Country Club of Landfall (CCL) is a separate entity and will need to contacted directly. You may contact CCL at 910-256-8411 for all membership and reservation questions and requests.

I have a snake in my yard, what do I do?

Call Security at 910-256-5311. If it is a poisonous snake or Security is unable to locate the snake upon arrival, then you may wish to contact a local wildlife organization to assist you.

Can Security jump start my car?

Yes, please call Security at 910-256-5311 and they will be happy to assist you as timely as possible.

Where can I park my camper/RV/boat?

Please call Landfall Security at 910-256-5311 to discuss available parking locations.

What ponds can I fish in throughout the Landfall community?

Lakes, ponds, creeks and marshes are restricted to Residents, CCL members and Personal Guests. Any Personal Guest using the lakes, ponds, creeks and marshes, including fishing, must be accompanied by the host. Motorized boats, boating and swimming are prohibited in these areas. Fishing in Landfall’s COA retention ponds/lakes is for recreational purposes only. All fish caught must be released back into the retention pond/lake. Catch and release fishing will be prohibited from the following areas: Landfall streets, bulkheads and bridges. Parking will not be permitted on or adjacent to the road rights of way for fishing.

The use of the Country Club of Landfall and all of its amenities is regulated and enforced independently by the Country Club of Landfall (Country Club of Landfall Rules).

What is the process to change the color of my home?

This type of home modification requires ARC approval.  The ARC Guidelines and online submission form can be found by going to www.landfall.org.  Hover over the Architectural Review tab located at the top of the Home screen to access the available options.  You may also call ARC at 910-256-7651 or email them at arc@landfall.org

How do I request or receive trash collection services?

Contact Wall Recycling at 910-444-7777 to set up your account or with any questions or comments on service.

Can I pay my assessment online?

Yes, you may log into the Resident Portal by visiting the www.landfall.org website. On the Home screen, click on the Owner/Resident Login tab located on the far right of the top menu. If you need assistance setting up your Resident Portal login please email reception@landfall.org.  Once you are logged into the Portal, click on the Document Library tab, then from there you will click on the Credit/Debit Card Payment link.  If you have any questions about this process, you may contact COA accounting at 910-256-7651 and they will be happy to aid you through the process. 

What are the postal station times/rules?

The Dogwood Post Office located at 314 Lennon Drive manages the postal stations located within Landfall. Their phone number is 910-313-3273 for any questions or concerns with the US postal service.

What are the rules on political signs?

Political signs are permitted as long as they follow the Rules and Regulations which are located on the www.landfall.org website under the Administration tab located at the top of the Home screen.  Hover over the Administrative tab and click on Policies. 

Who is my District Representative on the Landfall Board of Directors

Your District Representative can be found online by going to the www.landfall.org website.  Hover over the Administration tab and click on COA Board/Standing Committees. There you can access the Landfall District Map, learn about the COA Standing Committees and see who the COA Board Members are and what District(s) they represent. 

How do I sign up for ACH auto pay to pay COA invoices?

Contact COA Accounting at 910-256-7651 or accounting@landfall.org to arrange for ACH payment set up.

Is there guest/overflow parking available to Residents?

No. However, for occasional special circumstances you may call Landfall Security at 910-256-5311 to discuss available options.
