Landfall COA Maintenance is the largest department of our Landfall team. From common areas in our community, individual association requirements and homeowner maintenance needs, our team covers all the bases. We have a strong leadership team and take great pride in the services that we offer. In addition to maintaining the common areas and bodies of water, we also offer horticulture, hardscape design, irrigation services, pest control, handyman services and even have on-site mechanics to handle small engine work like maintenance and repair of mowers, blowers and the like.
