Dear Landfall Residents,

As promised in our last communication, we wanted to provide an update to the upcoming planned installation and associated route of the new AT&T fiber optic network in the Landfall community.

AT&T has received the fiber materials for the first installation location and the construction is scheduled to start the week of April 8, 2024. AT&T’s Master Contractor, Ansco, will have a 15 person crew installing the associated lines of fiber. They will begin by digging holes in various locations along the route and as they do so, will place any disturbed sod and dirt onto tarps until it is replaced after installation. Ansco will be using air compressors to missile the fiber underground through the right-of-way areas and under driveways. All holes will be backfilled by the end of the day.

This main vein installation schedule is as follows:

1) The installation will start on Odyssey Drive near Inverness Lane and will continue down to Verrazzano Drive. From this location, it will continue right on Pembroke Jones Drive to 1523 Pembroke Jones Drive. This phase should be completed by April 12, 2024.

2) Once this part of the construction is complete, the install will continue down Pembroke Jones Drive, then left on Arboretum Drive, left on Deer Island Lane, and right on Arboretum Drive past Planters Row to near the cart path. This phase is anticipated to take place April 15, 2024 through April 26, 2024.

If you live along either of these routes you should anticipate minor construction along the road rights-of-way adjacent to your property. In preparation, you will see flags along these routes to mark street light wires and other utilities called into 811. Specific start dates and completion dates will be subject to weather and/or other issues that may occur that are beyond the control of AT&T and/or the Landfall COA.

Please let us know if you have questions or concerns as we begin this extensive project. We are here to help and will assist in anyway possible. We have direct contacts with AT&T and Ansco and will see that they address resident concerns as promptly as possible. We will do our best to keep you updated as things progress.

Thank you for your continued support,

Your Landfall COA
