Dear Landfall Residents,
We would like to make everyone aware that the City of Wilmington has completed, for your review, the first total revision of the city’s land development code in nearly 40 years. The new code was established to put into action Wilmington’s Comprehensive Plan to address the concerns and needs of the citizens of our growing city.
You may wish to gain additional information or provide feedback to the City of Wilmington by visiting the Land Development Code web page located on the city’s website.
The current schedule calls for City Council to consider adoption of the new code by July 6, 2021 with the new rules becoming effective on January 1 of next year.
