Hello Landfall Owners, 

The Landfall Community is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. There are five District representatives and two At-Large Directors. The Board of Directors are elected to serve three year terms. This year the District 4 and one of the At-Large representative terms are up for election for the Landfall Council of Associations’ Board of Directors. 

Once again, the Landfall Community will be using an independent, third party company to provide an on-line, electronic platform for this year’s Board of Directors’ elections. The nominations for the election to the COA Board, as provided by the Nominating Committee for your area, will be presented on the ballot. You will receive an email that will include a link to your ballot. If you would like to update or change your email address, please do so prior to 5:00p.m. on January 18, 2024 by emailing reception@landfall.org. To access and vote your ballot, follow the instructions provided in the email you receive. The election will run from January 19, 2024 through March 4, 2024. Remember, only one vote per property address may be cast. You will receive one email per property owned in District 4 and At-Large. Only the primary email address on file with the Landfall COA will receive an election email. If you have multiple family members and/or multiple email addresses on file with the Landfall COA and have questions about which email address is primary, you may contact reception@landfall.org prior to 5:00p.m. on January 18, 2024. 

Please be on the lookout for your election email no later than January 19, 2024. 

Following the initial email, reminders will be sent periodically throughout the voting period to everyone on the voter list that has not yet voted. 

If the Landfall COA does not have a valid email address for an owner, a paper ballot package will be mailed to them at their mailing address of record.
