Landfall Maintenance Update

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support of both Landfall owner’s services and Landfall association services programs. The residents of Landfall have sent the COA a message, that if we continue to provide professional landscape and handyman services, for a fair price, you will continue to support the company. We ask that you be patient with us as we get your new flowers and sod installed, and revised landscape designs over the next few weeks. If you have not yet had your irrigation systems checked to ensure proper operation, now is the time to do so. 

I’m sure it is hard to imagine after the wet fall and winter we had, but we are in drought like conditions and our landscapes need proper irrigation to thrive at this time. We are just now getting some ideal weather for our warm season grasses. This means we now have about 12 to 14 weeks of ideal growing conditions for your turf. Let’s each make the best of it.

For us to operate efficiently, I must ask that you contact the office at 910-256-7604 or email us at maintenance@landfall.org instead of calling staff members on their cell phones directly. This will allow our team to work on the project at hand without being interrupted and to ensure that your questions and concerns will be addressed promptly and appropriately.  

We are confident that our team can continue to provide you with the best services that money can buy. We offer a wide range of services to our residents such as mowing, irrigation, flowers, sod, plant designs and replacement, pool cleaning, pressure washing and handyman services. We are in the customer service business and our goal is, and it will always be (although it might not be possible sometimes), to make each and every one of you happy with our services. Just a reminder the Pembroke Jones Drive overlay will begin on May 28th, which is also the Tuesday after memorial Day. More details will follow as we get closer. Have a wonderful weekend and please be safe.
