Dear Landfall Residents,

As you know, the Landfall COA annual road improvement project started on Tuesday, September 7th and was scheduled for completion by Saturday, September 11th. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions out of our control, the completion of this project has been delayed. It may be a few weeks before our contractor is able to continue the paving in our community due to prior paving commitments. Therefore, when we receive new confirmed dates of construction we will let you know.

Likewise, the old playground equipment has been dismantled and the new equipment has arrived. Our plan is to start the installation of the new equipment today with an anticipated completion date of Friday, September 17th, weather permitting.
