Upcoming Meeting

Hello Landfall Residents, 

We would like to let everyone know that the Wilmington City Council has a meeting scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, August 20, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 102 North 3rd Street.  

The proposed Special Use project located at 1010 Ashes Drive, which is off of Sir Tyler Drive, will be discussed at this meeting. The developer is requesting a Conditional District Rezoning Modification and a Special Use Permit. The project consists of a four-story multifamily structure to include 198 residential units and 3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. You can click here to view the full agenda.
