Hello Landfall Residents,
As you may have noticed, the second phase of the Helmsdale development is currently under construction. As a result, this area has incomplete infrastructure and many unfinished elements that should be avoided until the completion of the construction phase. Recently residents have been observed walking and cycling through this area in the early morning, evening and weekend hours. Please be aware that you are subjecting yourself to tripping hazards, encounters with large equipment, open catch basins and manholes, potential chemical and liquid hazards and exposed electrical elements.
Please understand that this area should be treated as a construction zone and avoided to eliminate the risk of potential injury. Your safety and that of your family is the top priority. You are putting yourself at risk when you enter this area.
