The agenda has been set for the City of Wilmington Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 2nd at 6:00pm in City Hall Chambers, located at 102 North 3rd Street. The Planning Commission will be considering the request by the developers of The Avenue for the Conditional District Rezoning application as well as a Special Use Permit to increase the building heights to 75 feet.
