Dear Landfall Residents,
We hope that this email finds you and your family happy, healthy, and enjoying the holiday season.
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, the Landfall COA office will be CLOSED to walk-in traffic beginning at 11:30AM. We will be undergoing extensive computer and server maintenance and upgrades required to keep our system working at the necessary level and capacity. As a result, the COA office will have intermittent power, computer access and telephone service availability. The office will reopen on Thursday morning, December 16th at 8:00AM. During this time, the COA staff will be available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. As always, Landfall Security will be available 24/7 by calling (910) 256-5311.
In light of the necessary office closure on the afternoon of December 15th, we plan to hold our Annual Employee Holiday Luncheon during this time.
