Dear Landfall Residents,

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. The well-being of our residents, club members, guests and employees is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play during this critical time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking any necessary precautions or steps.

Beginning Monday, March 30th, the COA will suspend all walk in traffic to our facilities. During this time, we will have limited office staff on-site with some working remotely for those that have the ability to do so. We ask that you please call the COA office at (910) 256-7651 or email coa@landfall.org for general questions. For any maintenance related questions you may email maintenance@landfall.org or call (910)256-7604. For ARC related questions, please email arc@landfall.org and for accounting related questions, please email accounting@landfall.org. Security can continue to be reached by calling (910) 256-5311. Please utilize our outside drop boxes for payment of bills, etc. Taking these steps will help all of us minimize the risk of exposure.

Also, beginning on Monday, March 30th any vehicle barcode requests must be made by completing the online form which can be found by clicking the following link:

https://www.landfall.org/barcode-request-form/

Upon receipt of the request, COA staff will make contact with you to set up an appointment to have the barcode installed on the vehicle.

If you wish to utilize this facility, please bring the recommended cleaning products with you and wipe down the equipment before and after each use.

Waste removal services will continue as scheduled. Please contact Coastal Waste at (910) 228-5500 with any questions you may have related to trash services.

New Hanover County has established a public health coronavirus call center. Residents with questions about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) can call and speak to a public health nurse and, if needed, be connected with a provider who will then determine if a flu test and/or COVID-19 test is needed. The telephone number for this service is (910)798-6800 and is currently manned seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please visit https://health.nhcgov.com for the latest information on the coronavirus for our area or to sign up for important local updates.
