Hello Landfall Residents,

We know there is a growing concern in our community as the outbreak and impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. Please know that we are monitoring the status of the virus as it moves into areas of North Carolina and we are taking the advisement and direction of local authorities and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) very seriously. We will continue to monitor these outlets and notify you throughout this process.

In the COA’s efforts to limit risk to our community, we are increasing our cleaning and disinfecting efforts at all of our common area facilities, administrative offices and maintenance facilities. We are providing all of our staff with proper protocols from the CDC related to COVID-19 prevention, symptoms to watch for and what to do in the event you come in contact with or contract the virus. Informational flyers will also be posted at all postal stations for our residents and guests. Also be advised, COA Maintenance will be removing all of the water coolers from our common area facilities so please plan accordingly.

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), and our Governor, are recommending suspension of all social gatherings of 100 people or more. In light of this most recent information, we feel it is in the best interest of our community to postpone our annual informational meeting, currently scheduled for March 24, 2020. We fully intend to reschedule this event as soon as the threat of this virus subsides. In the meantime, if you have any questions pertaining to our leadership, operations, budget, upcoming improvement projects or status of surrounding development please feel free to call the COA Administrative office at 910-256-7651.

Stay Safe,

The Landfall COA
