The City of Wilmington’s Subdivision Review Board (SRB) will meet on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 102 N. 3rd Street Wilmington, NC, to review a modification for the Center Point project and the preliminary streets and utilities plan for The Galleria project.
Center Point is a 23-acre project located adjacent to our property, just across Military Cutoff Road at 1531 and 1541 Eastwood Road. The Galleria is a 14-acre project planned at 6730 and 6800 Wrightsville Avenue. Wrightsville Avenue connects to both Eastwood Road and Military Cutoff Road.
