Dear Landfall Residents,
You may have noticed the land use meeting sign that has been placed along Arboretum Drive near the Helmsdale II development. The City of Wilmington’s Design Adjustment Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 1:30pm in the City Council chambers to consider a requested design change for this development. The design change under consideration is to eliminate road access into Helmsdale II from South Moorings Drive and Winchester Terrace.
You may virtually attend the meeting via the City of Wilmington website at: www.wilmingtonnc.gov/gtv or on Spectrum Channel 8.
