Dear Landfall Resident,
As you are aware, the City of Wilmington is currently working through the process of updating the Land Development Code (LDC). Drafts of the various sections of the code are being released at regular intervals, generally on a monthly basis. You may click the following link to visit the dedicated website for the LDC, where you may review summaries, as well as the full drafts of all articles released to date.
You will find the published articles under “Important Links” located at the top right of the LDC web page. To date, they have released drafts for Article 2: Zoning Districts, Article 3: Use Standards, Article 6: Subdivisions, and Article 8: Measurements and Definitions.
Please note as you review the articles, that a comment section is provided at the bottom of each article’s web page. All comments received will be compiled for discussion with the Planning Commission at upcoming work sessions.
The next work session will be covering Article 6: Subdivisions, and be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This work session will be streaming live on Spectrum cable channel 8 or by clicking the following link:
