Chase Bank – Mayfaire (SITE-2025-0020)
This will be a formal review for a site plan located at 1331 Military Cutoff Road. The site is zoned RB. The applicant is Brandon Shreves with VHB Engineering (bshreves@vhb.com). The planner assiged to the project is Patrick O’Mahoney (patrick.omahoney@ wilmingtonnc.gov). According to the City’s website, this is a project for the construction of a new bank building.
