Dear Landfall Residents,
The Landfall Council of Associations (LCOA) has just learned that BrodyCo, the co-developer of Mayfaire Town Center, is planning a new residential community. Mayfaire West, the new community, is planned to be adjacent to Autumn Hall and Mayfaire Town Center, located between Town Center Drive and Gregory Road, just off Eastwood Road.
An open community meeting about the project, hosted by the developer, is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 5:00pm in the Paynter Room at the Northeast Regional Library located at 1241 Military Cutoff Road.
