Dear Landfall Residents,
We hope that this email finds you and your family happy and healthy. Over this past year, we have all experienced turmoil in one way or another through the phases of the Coronavirus pandemic. So the positive reports being delivered by our government officials, commending our efforts, and continuing to ease restrictions is such welcome and pleasant news.
As of Friday, March 26, at 5:00 p.m., the State of North Carolina will continue easing restrictions with Executive Order No. 204. This new order allows for Mass Gatherings at a maximum of 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. As a result, your COA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the opening of the Drysdale Recreation Site fields and courts to all team sports. Landfall Maintenance will also be replacing the water coolers located at the Recreation Site and Landfall Lake areas.
Due to the fact that the vaccine is not yet available to all residents and employees, our COA Administrative offices will remain closed to walk-in traffic at this time. Our offices will remain available by calling (910) 256-7651 or emailing coa@landfall.org.
