Dear Landfall Residents,
As you may all be aware, the National Weather Service has issued a “Severe Weather Warning” for our immediate area. We anticipate this front to be moving in by early this afternoon. As a result, our offices will be closing at 4:00 p.m. this afternoon and will reopen as normally scheduled at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
We will have COA Maintenance staff on hand throughout the storm in the event we should experience any extreme conditions such as downed trees. COA Security will also be available, as always, should you need assistance by calling (910) 256-5311.
