There will be no road closures related to the road work. However, you may wish to allow additional time when traversing through these areas, as there may be brief delays.

Traffic pattern shifts, temporary one-way traffic lane closures, and detours are expected. Please obey the instructions of Flaggers who will be on site directing the flow of traffic. We will provide regular updates as the work progresses so that you can plan accordingly.

We ask everyone to please limit or refrain from irrigating your lawns along the roadways while the road work is taking place in your area. If you must irrigate along the road, please do so, if possible, between 9pm and 12am.

Coastal Waste will provide trash service on their regularly scheduled days. However, exact times are subject to change.

Again, we will continue to provide you with regular updates and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and your continuing support of Landfall COA.
