The Landfall COA annual road improvement project is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, September 7th and progress through Saturday, September 11th, weather permitting. The following is the tentative schedule
Turnberry Lane: Tuesday, September 7th – Thursday, September 9th
Marsh Harbor Place: Tuesday, September 7th – Thursday, September 9th
Pembroke Jones Drive (Spot Repairs): Friday, September 10th
2028 Scrimshaw Place (Spot Repairs): Friday, September 10th
Fox Hunt Lane: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Stillwater Place: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Forest Lagoon Place: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Deepwood Drive: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Boatswain Place: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Shelter Cove Place: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Moreland Drive: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
Twisted Oak Place: Wednesday, September 8th – Saturday, September 11th
There will be no road closures related to the road work. However, you may wish to allow additional time when traversing through these areas, as there may be brief delays.
Traffic pattern shifts, temporary one-way traffic lane closures, and detours are expected. Please obey the instructions of Flaggers who will be on site directing the flow of traffic. We will provide regular updates as the work progresses so that you can plan accordingly.
We ask everyone to please limit or refrain from irrigating your lawns along the roadways while the road work is taking place in your area. If you must irrigate along the road, please do so, if possible, between 9pm and 12am.
Coastal Waste will provide trash service on their regularly scheduled days. However, exact times are subject to change.
