Hello Landfall Residents,

As we maneuver through the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias, I hope that there was minimal damage to your property and that all of you and your loved ones are safe. Isaias came in a little more powerful than we anticipated and left a ton of debris and downed trees throughout our community. However, with experience comes knowledge, and we have all experienced and recovered from our share of hurricane related damages in Landfall, and this should be no different.

Landfall Maintenance is working diligently to answer your calls, schedule your debris clean up and/or tree removal requests, and restore Landfall to her original luster as timely as possible. We currently feel confident that the overall damage sustained to our roadways and common areas will be able to be managed in-house by our maintenance staff, which is a direct result of what we have gleaned from previous storms.

We currently anticipate doing our final pass on Saturday August 8th, 2020 for roadside debris removal. Please plan to have your vegetative debris bagged and placed curbside by this date. Should you need assistance from Landfall Maintenance with your storm clean-up, please email maintenance@landfall.org and know that we are here to help!

We appreciate your patience and continued support through this difficult time.

Your Landfall COA
