Hello Landfall Residents,
We have received confirmation that the Helmsdale Phase 2 development has officially been annexed into the Landfall community and the Helmsdale at Landfall HOA, through the Developer’s recordation of the appropriate plat and associated governing documents with the New Hanover County Register of Deeds. As a result, the roads are now officially considered Shared Common Area (SCA) available to all Landfall owners.
The gates installed at Winchester Terrace and South Moorings Drive will be open to through traffic at this time. Over the next few weeks the gates will become fully operational with the SCA roads remaining accessible by all Landfall owners. Emergency Services has been notified that Helmsdale Drive is now open to through traffic and that siren boxes have been installed on the gates to accommodate any expedited emergency access that may be required.
We look forward to this final stage of development in the Landfall community and hope that you will join us in welcoming the future owners of the 33 lots included in this phase of the Helmsdale at Landfall HOA.
