Hello Landfall Residents,

With the cooling temperatures and the leaves beginning to turn, fall is in the air. This means that Halloween is just around the corner! As a result, we want to remind you of a few Landfall guidelines around this event:

If you wish to have your children participate in trick-or treating, please do so within the hours of 5:30pm and 8:00pm. If you will be providing treats, please make sure that your garage and porch lights are on. If you do not wish to participate, please keep your garage and porch lights off. Anyone participating in the Halloween festivities must respect the property and privacy of those residents who are not.

Please remember that no food or beverage vehicles, trucks, or carts are permitted to be parked on any of the shared Common Areas or streets throughout the community which must be kept open. Please be sure to properly dispose of your trash and not litter our streets. Also, no loud music should be played from the shared Common Areas.

When driving through the Landfall community on Halloween night, please exercise great care since there will be additional pedestrians throughout the community.

Please be mindful and adhere to any of the Governor’s Executive orders that will be in place as of October 31st. Remember it is recommended that masks be worn in large group settings. Always be respectful of everyone in our community as you make your plans for the Halloween weekend. The safety of our residents, guests and staff is very important, so Stay Safe!

We appreciate your understanding and support,

 Your Landfall COA
