Landfall COA Maintenance would like to thank Caron Sanders for nine years of dedicated service to the COA as well as many Landfall residents.

 
Caron recently moved to Florida to be closer to family. We wish Caron the best in all of her future endeavors and know that her smiling face and wonderful hats will be greatly missed.

Julianne Herrera will be taking over the horticulture division here at COA Maintenance. Julianne has worked closely with Caron over the last two years and her credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Contracting, Design & Build and Horticulture minor from Pennsylvania State University.
