Dear Landfall Residents,
The Landfall COA is excited to announce that we will be resurfacing the Eastwood Entrance. Starting Monday, May 17th, at 6:30 am both lanes of the Eastwood Gate will be closed to all vehicle, bike, and pedestrian traffic. The estimated date for reopening is Monday, May 24th at 6:30 am, weather and other extenuating circumstances permitting. We will keep the community updated throughout the course of the project.
The Pembroke Jones Drive entrance and exit lanes will be closed from Eastwood Road through the first intersection to Verrazzano Drive. For the residents and the visitors of the Mews, please enter and exit through the Pembroke Villas. The Drysdale Gate entrance will be open and manned 24/7 during this time. Emergency services and Coastal Waste will be notified of these changes.
