Dear Landfall Residents,

The Landfall Council of Associations (LCOA) has just been informed that the roadwork that the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) had planned for the Drysdale Drive and Military Cutoff intersection for the evening of Monday, December 2, 2024, has been postponed until Sunday evening, December 8, 2024. This work will begin at approximately 9:00pm and will continue for 4 to 6 hours, or through around 3:00am on the morning of December 9, 2024.

During this time, the NCDOT will be milling and paving Drysdale Drive at Military Cutoff Road. Please understand that during this time, Drysdale Drive at Military Cutoff Road will be closed. As a result, you will want to avoid this area and use an alternate entrance or exit, and please obey all flagmen.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause you and your guests and we will keep you updated with any changes or as additional information becomes available.

A reminder about this roadwork will be sent to you prior to Sunday, December 8, 2024.

As Always, When We Know You’ll Know!
