The Community

A residence that feels like a resort

Situated in Wilmington, North Carolina, Landfall has the perfect location along the coastline, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway just across from Wrightsville Beach.

Born in 1987, Landfall is now an established controlled-access community of 2,200 acres and approximately 2,000 homesites. The community maintains an extensive infrastructure of roads, trails, parks, sports facilities, and postal stations, with the Country Club of Landfall at its center. Homes and homesites are dispersed amid golf courses, lakes, ponds, creeks, conservation areas, and the Intracoastal Waterway, and offer a wide variety of home styles.

Residents come from all parts of America and various parts of the world. They vary widely by age, background, interest, and talent. Many still pursue careers, and over 400 children help keep the community young at heart.

Landfall is one of the only communities of its type in the Carolinas and, for that matter, the entire East Coast. It is not a transient community nor is it a resort community. Most of the property owners live here year-round and call it home.
