Dear Landfall Residents,
The COA Board and Staff want to thank you for your continued support during the past year. The Coronavirus pandemic provided all of us with challenges never experienced before. We are proud of our combined efforts and encouraged by the progress made as we learned to conform to our new normal, navigate the unexpected and continue pushing forward.
As of Friday, April 30, at 5:00 p.m., the State of North Carolina will continue easing restrictions with Executive Order No. 209. This new order increases the mass gatherings requirements to a maximum of 100 people indoors and 200 people outdoors. In addition, face coverings are not required outside, but should continue to be worn indoors.
As a result of this continued easing of restrictions, as well as more and more of our community receiving their COVID-19 vaccines, your COA Board of Directors is excited and happy to announce the reopening of the COA Administrative Offices! Beginning Monday, May 3rd at 8:00 a.m. our office located at 1749 Drysdale Drive will once again be open to walk-in traffic.
In keeping with the recent Executive Order, we will continue to follow the recommended safety protocol guidelines:
- Please wear a face covering over your nose and mouth. If you do not have a face covering, we will provide you one.
- Please practice social distancing by waiting six (6) feet apart. Upon entry into the office, if there are more than three people waiting we ask that you step outside and enter once someone leaves.
- Please use the hand sanitizer available at the reception area.
