COA Office Closing
The COA Offices located at 1749 Drysdale Drive will be closed beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 23rd and will be closed all day on Friday, December 24th in observance of the Christmas holiday.
Our offices will resume regular hours of operation on Monday, December 27th through Thursday, December 30th.
Additionally, our offices will be closed on Friday, December 31st, 2021 in observance of the New Year.

Coastal Waste Holiday Schedule
There will be no interruption in services for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

COA Maintenance – Christmas Tree Recycling
Beginning on Monday, December 27th, COA Maintenance will begin picking up live, undecorated Christmas trees left curbside. This service will continue through Tuesday February 1st, 2022. If your tree is not picked up promptly, please call the maintenance office at (910) 256-7604.
Guests
Please remember to call in your holiday guests ahead of time to avoid unpleasant delays upon entry at the gates. Guests may be called in 24/7 by calling Landfall Security at 910-256-5311 or you can use the Resident Portal to enter your guests by clicking here.
Postal Stations
Our Postal Stations experience quite an influx of large packages during this time of year and space is limited. Please ensure that you are picking up your packages as promptly as possible upon delivery.
House Checks
In the event that you have plans to travel for Christmas or New Years’ holidays, do not forget to utilize our house check service available to all Landfall residents. You may access the remote submission form located on our website by clicking here.
