Dear Landfall Residents,
The Landfall COA annual road improvement project is set to begin on Monday, July 25th. The following roads will be included in this project and they will be completed in the order that they are listed below:
- Long Cove Court
- Shoal Creek Place
- Graywalsh Drive
- Pinehurst Place
- Spanish Wells Drive- To the West of Arboretum
- Anson Drive
- Vanderhorst Way
- Cross Staff Place
- Cross Staff Road
- Melody Lane
We will continue to provide updates as the road work progresses including the contractor’s current location and estimated start dates for each section.
You may wish to allow additional time in your daily travels, as delays can be expected. Please use extreme caution when traversing the roadways during this time and obey all flagmen.
