Dear Landfall Residents,
The Country Club of Landfall (CCL) and Publix Pharmacy will be hosting a seasonal flu vaccine clinic on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, from 10:00am until 2:00pm in the CCL Ballroom located at 800 Sun Runner Place. Publix Pharmacy will provide licensed personnel with all necessary supplies required to administer the vaccine for this clinic.
This clinic will be by appointment only since Publix requires that all participants use the CareScheduler, the Publix online appointment scheduler. This scheduler allows vaccine recipients to fill out their consent forms, schedule an appointment time slot, and allows for the consent forms to be processed prior to the appointment. However, if appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of the clinic start date, a paper consent form will be required to be completed on site.
