The Landfall COA has just been notified by AT&T that the next phase, included in the fiber optic install project, will be going “live”, allowing owners to contract independently with AT&T for direct fiber-to-the-home connectivity. Those streets in the next phase are as follows:

Drysdale Drive Moss Tree Drive
Fontenay Place Newington Court
Mews Drive Pelican Reach Place
Vincennes Place Prince Albert Court
Ashland Court Rising Tide Court
Bedminister Lane Sandwedge Place

AT&T will be hosting an event at the Landfall Council of Association’s (LCOA) Drysdale Recreation Site this Saturday, November 9th from 1:00pm until 5:00pm. This will allow each of you the opportunity to receive answers to your questions directly from AT&T representatives. In addition, this will provide those of you included in the next phase the opportunity to sign up for AT&T to install the fiber optic directly to your home, as well as learn about specific services and associated pricing, if you elect to do so.
We are here to help and will assist in any way possible. We will do our best to keep you updated as this installation progresses and will inform you as each phase is available for connectivity.
