Dear Landfall Residents,
As the AT&T fiber install project continues to move along Arboretum Drive, we wanted to update you on their progress. The fiber optic install along the following road rights-of-way will begin over the next few weeks, and we anticipate this portion of the install to take approximately five to six weeks to complete.
1) Bay Colony Lane
2) Ocean Point Drive
3) Ocean Point Place
4) Ocean Ridge Drive
5) Ocean Ridge Place
6) Fox Hunt Lane
7) Arboretum Drive
8) Twisted Oak Place
9) Graywalsh Drive
10) Pinehurst Place
11) Long Cove Court
12) Shoal Creek Place
13) Moreland Drive
14) Forest Lagoon Place
15) Turnberry Lane
16) Turnberry Place
17) Shelter Cove Place
18) Stillwater Place
19) Deepwood Drive
20) Deepwood Place
21) Harborway Drive
22) Harborway Place
23) Deer Island Lane
24) Boatswain Place
If you live along any of these routes, you should anticipate minor construction within the road rights-of-way adjacent to your property. In preparation, you will see flags along the roadsides to mark street light wires and other utilities called into 811. Specific start dates and completion dates will be subject to weather and/or other issues that may occur that are beyond the control of AT&T and/or the Landfall COA.
If there are marker flags in your yard, please do not remove them; AT&T will remove them when they finish their work in your area. An important part of this process is marking the utility lines that run to your home’s electrical panel. Therefore, it is very likely that you will see locate technicians near that exterior area of your home.
For information regarding the services available from AT&T in conjunction with this install project, you may reach out to Ryan Bergman, the Manager of Wilmington’s AT&T corporate store located on College Road at New Centre Drive, by calling (910) 386-6480.
Please let us know if you have questions or concerns as we begin the next phase of this extensive project. We are here to help and will assist in anyway possible. We will do our best to keep you updated as this installation progresses.
Thank you for your patience and continued support,
Your Landfall COA
