Association Living

A community association may have any number of names, including homeowners association, property owners association or condominium association. The fundamental responsibility of an association is to preserve the nature of the community and protect the value of the property owned by members. In all cases, the association is likely administered by a board of volunteer homeowners elected by their fellow residents to set policy and homeowner involvement is essential.

Within Landfall, there are 26 different and completely separate Home Owner Associations (HOA’s). The Landfall COA is proud to organize and coordinate between the associations and work to maintain the cohesion that our residents enjoy as well as provide needed services such as administration, accounting and maintenance of the shared common areas.

If you have questions about association living or an HOA in particular, please contact us at 910-256-7651 or email coa@landfall.org and we will be happy to assist you.
