Dear Landfall Residents,
As our community has entered cautiously into Phase 2, we are encouraged that our collective efforts to combat the spread of this virus have helped to deliver us here safely. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we, no different than each of you, have been challenged to look for ways to manage in our new normal. The Landfall COA has been tasked, since this pandemic began, with continuing operations in the safest manner possible for our residents, guests, and employees. This has been nothing short of challenging, inconvenient, and uncomfortable, but the outpouring of support from our residents throughout this time of crisis highlights the true strength of our community.
The slight lifting of restrictions related to the transition into Phase 2 had minimal effect on our current business operations. The Drysdale Recreation site continues to be accessible to Residents Only and will not permit team sports. However, the new order now allows for groups of 25 or fewer people while maintaining safe social distancing within your groups. The playground equipment and restroom facilities still remain closed at this time.
Our Administrative office remains available by prior appointment only, with limited on-site staff. You may continue to reach us by phone at (910) 256-7651 and by email at coa@landfall.org. If we can assist you with any of your maintenance and landscaping needs, please call (910) 256-7604 or email at maintenance@landfall.org. You may be currently experiencing delays in scheduled services due to all of the rain, saturated conditions and staffing shortages. We apologize for this inconvenience, but please know that we are working diligently as weather permits and will get to you as soon as possible.
We encourage everyone to continue implementing all of the recommended safety protocols into your daily life. Wear a mask when you are out in public, Wait six feet apart to avoid close contact and Wash your hands frequently. We believe that these practices will only help in seeing us safely through to the end of this turmoil.
