City Council Meeting

Information from the Task Force

We would like to let everyone know that the Wilmington City Council has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 20th, at 6:30pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 102 North 3rd Street.

The ordinance amending the “land development code” to allow buildings for property associated with a development agreement to reach seventy-five (75) feet in height in lieu of a special use permit will be reconsidered at the next City Council meeting on Tuesday, March20th.  For more information on this agenda item you can click here to see the full agenda and supporting documents.   We always encourage our residents to stay informed and connected to various public events.

Don’t forget to please attend the Landfall COA Annual Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, March 27th, at 6:00pm. The COA will provide you with a summary of the latest information the task force has with regard to the Eastwood Rd. and Military Cutoff intersection, as well as, the surrounding developments.
