Hello Landfall Residents,
On behalf of the Landfall Council of Associations Board of Directors and staff, we would like to thank you for working with us through this difficult year. 2020 has brought challenges that we could have never anticipated, forcing us to evolve through the uncertainty that has affected us all in so many different ways. As the Governor’s latest Phase 3 orders allow us to begin slowly moving forward through this pandemic, we must remain cautious. Just as we have all implemented certain safety procedures in our personal lives, your COA continues to do the same on a broader scale by working diligently to make decisions in the best interest of our community as a whole.
With that being said, we do not feel that holding our traditional in-person Annual Meeting this year is going to be our best option. We postponed the March Annual Meeting earlier in the year, with the intent of rescheduling once the crisis passed. However, here we are approaching the end of October, and the current Governor’s orders limit indoor mass gathering to 25 or less, therefore, not allowing for an in-person mass gathering for our Annual Meeting.
Therefore, we have provided an Annual Meeting presentation, which includes, in part, the introduction of our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs, the 2019 Operations Report and Capital Improvement Fund Actuals, the 2020 Budget and Capital Improvement Fund Balance as well as a few other informational updates. We hope that you find this overview of our community operations and financials both informative and reassuring. Please feel free to click here to access the slide presentation.
