Hello Landfall Residents,

We are pleased to announce that just seven days following the landfall of Hurricane Isaias, COA Maintenance, along with your help, has completed our community-wide debris clean-up! Any new bags or piles of debris that were placed roadside after Saturday, August 8, 2020 will be invoiced for pick-up. Be reminded that the COA dump site will close to outside contractors on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

Also, please be cautious of loose hanging limbs in trees throughout our community left behind from the storm. You may wish to evaluate the trees on your property as well, to avoid damage from falling branches. We will be working diligently over the next few weeks to address any of these concerns in our common areas. In the event that you require assistance with debris clean-up or tree damage, please feel free to call us at (910) 256-7604 or email maintenance@landfall.org, and we are happy to assist.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this process; we could not have done it without you!

Drysdale Gate Closing

The Drysdale gate is experiencing some technical difficulties and will be closed, awaiting repair, each day from 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. beginning this evening, August 10, 2020 through Friday August 14, 2020. The gate will remain open during regular manned hours. Please plan accordingly on these days, during these hours, to utilize one of the other gates when entering and exiting Landfall.

We wish you all a wonderful week,

Your Landfall COA
