As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise in North Carolina, it is our goal to provide you with the recommended resources necessary for you to stay up to date with the latest information available so that you may prepare accordingly as this situation progresses.

Currently, we are all being encouraged to limit our social activities and to ensure that we are prepared with the essentials needed in the event we do have an outbreak in New Hanover County.

In our efforts to alleviate some of the stress associated with this entire situation, allow us to offer you some alternative options to avoid unnecessary exposure during this time. The COA Administrative staff are equipped to manage the majority of your requests via email or by telephone. Call us first to see if we can save you a trip!

If you need a new bar code for your vehicle, you have the option of emailing us a picture of your vehicle’s valid NC registration card and then calling for an appointment to come by the office and have the new sticker applied. Making an appointment will allow us to have your new bar code prepared and applied without you getting out of your vehicle. House Check Requests may be submitted automatically through our website by clicking the following link: https://www.landfall.org/security/house-check-request-online-submission/

The Architectural Review Committee also has the ability to accept your plans and submittals for landscaping revisions/renovations, tree removals, home modifications such as roof/window replacements, color revisions, additions, pools, etc. electronically via email at arc@landfall.org or by fax to 910-256-7662.
