Due to Hurricane Isaias, the regularly scheduled Land Development Code work session set for August 5th, 2020 covering Article 7: Administrative Provisions, was rescheduled for Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 from 3:30 pm- 5:30 pm. To date, they have released an annotated table of contents for the new LDC draft along with drafts for Article 2: Zoning Districts, Article 3: Use Standards, Article 4: Environmental Regulations, Article 6: Subdivisions, Article 7: Administrative Provisions and Article 8: Measurements and Definitions.
Please note as you review the articles, that a comment section is provided at the bottom of each article’s web page. All comments received by Tuesday, August 11th at 5:00 pm will be will be compiled for discussion with the Planning Commission on the August 12th.
