I hope this email finds you doing well and preparing for a beautiful weekend. I just wanted to touch base with a few updates and reminders, as this has been a very busy couple of weeks and next week looks to be no different.
Please remind your landscapers that the COA Maintenance dumpsite will be closing to outside contractors today at 2:00 p.m.
Furthermore, please be aware that as of today, August 14, 2020 we will resume our regular contractor hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, with no contractor work permitted on Sundays.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you regarding the proposed trash can cleaning service. The overall positive response from our community was significant enough that I reached back out to the vendor and was able to negotiate a little deal for all Landfall residents that choose to contract this service. Please email maintenance@landfall.org and we will have the company representative get in touch with you. They will have your cans smelling citrus fresh before you can say lemonade!!

Our annual road improvement project begins Monday, August 17th, 2020. Please use caution when traversing our roads and allow for a little additional time for the next couple of weeks, as you may encounter minor delays in certain areas.
