Dear Landfall Residents,

The Landfall COA will begin our annual road improvement project on Monday, August 17th, weather permitting. This year we will begin roadwork on Verrazzano Drive, including the loop and Verrazzano Place. This work will include milling and an overlay. Be aware that no parking will be permitted on the streets during this process. We ask that you refrain from irrigating along the roadways while the road work is taking place in your area. If you must irrigate along the road, please do so between 9pm and 12am as water on the asphalt will delay these road improvements.

Additional roadwork locations will be incorporated into the project based on the size and timing. These areas include Aurora Place, Orion Place, Mews Drive, Vincennes Place, the 1100 block of Arboretum Drive, and the bridge on Arboretum Drive near the Kenan Chapel.

We will also be milling and overlaying the Arboretum Postal Station parking lot planned for the week of August 24th. While you may experience minor inconveniences in this area, you will have access to retrieve your mail.

You can expect delays, uneven surfaces, and one-way traffic lane closures. You may want to allow a few extra minutes of travel time in these areas. Please use extreme caution when traversing these areas and obey all flagmen.

Coastal Waste will provide service on their regular days. However, times may need to be adjusted depending on where the road work is taking place.

Paving location schedules are subject to change based upon weather and volume of traffic in these areas. Please contact the COA office at 910-256-7604 with any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Thank you,

 Landfall COA
