Hello Landfall Residents,
We hope that this email finds you all doing well and that your post storm clean-up is progressing to a close. As Landfall Maintenance continues forward with our clean-up and recovery efforts, please be reminded that we will begin our final community-wide debris pick-up on Saturday August 8th, 2020. Plan to have your owner placed debris roadside by this date. Any new bags or piles of debris placed roadside after this date will be invoiced for pick-up. Furthermore, please be advised that the COA dump site will close to outside contractors on Friday, August 14th, 2020 at 2:00 pm, so all storm debris will need to be delivered to the site prior to this date and time.

For those of you who delight in venturing through the Landfall Nature Trails, the trail behind the COA office to South Moorings Drive is open for your enjoyment. Please be aware that with the recent heavy rains, there may be some ponding in low-lying areas of the trails. These wet conditions are the perfect environment for mosquitoes and other insects, so bug spray protection is a must! Additionally, be mindful that storms and heavy rainfall may displace wildlife, so as always, use caution when traversing through these areas.
The other Nature Trails are Closed at this time.
