Security

Landfall is a controlled-access gated community. The community is secured by three entrance gates that are either manned by our own Security personnel or accessible via a bar-coded entry system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The enhanced presence of a gated community adds a level of comfort for the residents of Landfall.

Landfall’s professionally trained Security Staff provide an array of services to the community that adds convenience to everyday life. They respond to resident inquiries, provide  assistance to 911 calls, check homes while homeowners are traveling--basically assist residents in almost any capacity possible.
