Community Activities
Landfall is the perfect environment for families who enjoy biking, walking, and communing with nature. The soccer field, softball field, and playground are continuously filled with Junior sports and family activities year-round.
As the community has grown, so has participation in the annual community family events.
Easter celebrations begin with an Easter Egg Hunt followed by an elegant brunch at the Country Club of Landfall.
The 4th of July festivities invite residents of all ages to enjoy a fantastic fireworks display at the Landfall Clubhouse on the evening of July 3rd followed by all day excitement on the fourth. Families share in children’s activities including tug of war, cake-eating contest, three-legged race, face painting, balloon animals, dunking booth and much more fun. Adults and older kids take pleasure in tennis and golf events, and the entire family can join in on the community softball game. The wonderful day slips into evening with a late afternoon vehicle and children’s parade, a flag raising ceremony with bagpipes, and an old fashioned cookout on the lawn of the Club.
Each October, Landfall gears up for the annual excitement of the Fall Festival. Children frolic about the spooky Village picking out their favorite pumpkins while parents enjoy a leisurely stroll picking out fall flowers to plant at their homes. There are painted pumpkins, pony rides and face painters, and the Scarecrow Lady is always stocked with candy. Children's smiles abound as Landfall celebrates the change of the season that brings the community together.
