Your Private haven in Wilmington, NC
Welcome Landfall property owners and guests to the Landfall Council of Associations website. Your community provides three guarded, restricted access gates, 24 hour security patrolling 29 miles of private roads, 30 stormwater management ponds, and sidewalks surrounding our 10 acre Landfall Lake. Nestled within 2,200 acres of natural and landscaped scenic beauty rests 320 acres of conservation land. Our community is complimented by the Country Club of Landfall’s 27 holes of Jack Nicklaus and 18 holes of Pete Dye golf and the Cliff Drysdale Sports Complex.
In our family oriented community, residents of all ages and guests alike enjoy the 2.5 miles of conservation land nature trails, recreation site with playground, basketball court, soccer, volleyball and baseball fields. Don't forget that your formal portraits can be taken at our historic, late 19th century Temple Gardens or for a more casual setting, the intra coastal waterway park. Your private common areas, sidewalks, roadways, and medians are cared for by an on-site staff of over 60 employees.
