Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) announced yesterday, October 31, that the multi-agency construction of a 900-foot bypass waterline is complete and the initial 24-hour test period passed without issue. As a result of the developments, CFPUA has lifted the mandatory water restrictions as of today.
