Landfall Residents Updates

It has been awhile since our last communication was sent out and we wanted to let Landfall Residents know that we are still closely monitoring all of the proposed road and building projects around the Military Cutoff Road and Eastwood Road corridor. While there have been no new developments with The Avenue or Center Point, there are two new mixed use projects being considered along Military Cutoff Road.
We have received notice that two informational meetings will be held as it relates to these two projects. You can click here to read the notice. These community informational meetings will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm and Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm at the Peace Baptist Church located at 320 Military Cutoff Road.
The notice states that conditional district rezoning requests have been made to the City of Wilmington for Arboretum West and Arboretum Village both located near the Arboretum Drive Gate. At this time we do not have any other information on these projects as they are still in the early stages of development but we will keep you all informed as we get more information.
